Start by booking a free 30-minute consultation. It’s a chance for us to meet, talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, and see if my approach feels supportive. From there, we can move forward with scheduling your first session.

What can I expect during a therapy session?

During a therapy session you can expect a safe and confidential environment where you can openly discuss your thoughts and feelings. I will listen attentively, offer guidance, and work collaboratively with you to explore solutions and promote personal growth.

1. Free Consultation

We begin with a complimentary 30-minute consultation to meet one another and ensure the fit feels aligned and supportive.

2. Assessment/Planning

In our first session(s), we explore your needs, goals, strengths, & history to create a personalized plan. This plan is flexible & evolves as your process unfolds.

3. Interventions/ Practice

Sessions include approaches tailored to your body, mind, and emotions. You may also receive practices or reflections between sessions to help integrate your growth

4. Progress/ Tracking

Together, we check in regularly to notice changes, celebrate progress, enhance strengths, and adjust our approach to best meet your needs.

5. Integration

As insights deepen, we focus on weaving new awareness and regulation into daily life, supporting lasting integration and continued growth.
