Service Accessibility
Counselling sessions are available online through Practice Better, a secure and accessible telehealth platform, and in person at our Inglewood, Calgary office.

Please note that our current physical location includes a flight of stairs, which may present accessibility challenges for individuals with mobility limitations. To mitigate this, we are pleased to offer fully online sessions that provide the same quality of care and confidentiality as in-person appointments.

If you require additional accessibility accommodations—such as flexible scheduling, alternative communication formats, or additional session support—please reach out. We are committed to collaborating with you to ensure services are as accessible and comfortable as possible.
Ongoing Improvements
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We regularly review our website and service practices to identify and address potential barriers. Feedback from clients and visitors is always welcome.
